📋 Description

• Own quality assurance activities within an agile squad, partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering teams • Act as a quality subject matter expert for the team’s domain • Develop and maintain regression test coverage for new and existing functionality • Guide testing activities and promote quality best practices • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, including boundary, edge-case, and end-to-end scenario testing • Support other squads through knowledge sharing and cross-functional testing efforts • Investigate defects using troubleshooting techniques and monitoring tools • Provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and reliability • Contribute to release planning by assessing testing progress and identifying risks • Partner with automation teams to identify test scenarios, document test cases, and expand automated test coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Previous dedicated Software Quality Assurance experience • Experience testing business processes and integrations across platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom • Proven experience working with bug tracking and management systems in a quality-focused role • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working effectively within cross-functional teams • Experience testing high-availability web applications across test, staging, and production environments • Understanding of integration and contract testing • Experience using Postman or similar tools to test API connections considered an advantage • Reliable and stable internet connection with a consistent 50 Mbps plan • Suitable remote working environment
