📋 Description

• Measure sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. • Calculate commission amounts for payroll across all performance periods. • Build reports that help executives monitor trends, ratios, and key KPIs. • Contribute to the creation of new global compensation plans. • Standardize compensation and incentive processes across the company. • Maintain and distribute the compensation plans database. • Produce clear documentation to support audit and SOX requirements. • Partner with the Team Lead to generate insights and analyze performance against budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in data analysis, ideally within operations or finance. • Advanced Excel proficiency. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Ability to manage high volumes of changes, workload, and tight deadlines. • Excellent communication skills in English. • High level of professionalism, with regular interaction with executives.
