📋 Description

• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments, including follow-ups and diagnostic tests. • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize scheduling and resource allocation. • Communicate effectively with patients via phone, email, or in person to confirm appointments and provide the necessary information. • Verify and update patient information, including insurance details and contact information, during the scheduling process.
