📋 Description
• Building and maintaining business relationships • Developing and maintaining understanding of Lincoln’s products • Providing education, training & advice on Lincoln’s products • Communicating with internal/external stakeholders • Identifying and championing process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • 1-3+ Years of experience in intermediary sales • Group insurance background • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Licenses required upon hire • Carrier Experience (Preferred) • Group sales experience (Preferred) • Travel Requirements Up to 30% (Preferred)
