• Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with international recruiting agencies and partners. • Serve as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing partner needs and fostering collaboration. • Develop and implement strategies to manage and grow the agency network effectively. • Segment and prioritize agencies to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance focus. • Analyze performance metrics such as learner quality, conversion rates, and retention, using dashboards and reporting tools. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, analytics) to align partner activities with company goals. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Conduct performance reviews with agencies, providing insights and recommendations for growth. • Represent Lingoda at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen collaboration and visibility.
• An advanced degree in Business Administration, Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or a related field. • Significant experience in partnership or stakeholder management, ideally within international recruitment or education. • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with proven experience in using data to inform decision-making. • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as HubSpot. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships across cultures. • A results-oriented mindset, focused on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes. • German: C1 level or native proficiency. • English: B2 level or higher.
