• Operate as the most senior IC in Product, working horizontally across the company's most important strategic bets and ensuring they reinforce each other rather than compete. • Frame the highest-stakes product decisions facing the company and help the organization make better bets, especially when the data doesn't give a clean answer. • Partner with the VP of Product as a strategic thought partner on company-level product direction. • Go deep when it matters; shaping a critical flow, pressure-testing a team's strategy, or reframing how we think about a problem.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes across multiple product areas, not just shipping features. • You've been the person leadership turns to when a problem spans boundaries. • Experience navigating major product inflection points: repositioning, scaling, or rethinking a value proposition; not just optimizing what already existed. • Experience leading without authority: we're not looking for someone who manages well; we're looking for someone others naturally follow. • Exceptional communication that flexes across audiences: from compelling product vision storytelling to clear, actionable plans for the teams doing the work. • Strong analytical foundation paired with sharp product and UX instincts: you won't settle for "the numbers say it's fine" when the experience feels wrong. • Ability to operate with high autonomy: comfortable making judgment calls, escalating the right things, and owning outcomes without close direction. • Must have: Experience in mobile-first consumer subscription or freemium products. • Must have: Experience in a scaling startup environment where you need to build as you go. • Nice to have: Background in kids/family or dual-audience products. • Nice to have: Exposure to content partnerships, licensed IP, or entertainment/gaming products. • English is a must: We’re a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren’t necessary, fluency is essential.
