• Develop and manage a portfolio of large-account and mid-market clients (Retail, Luxury, Finance, Industry…). • Identify and prospect new strategic accounts. • Source and recruit IT experts (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, UX/UI…). • Negotiate and close IT services contracts for technical assistance (AT). • Provide ongoing support to placed consultants and foster long-term client relationships.
• Proven experience in IT Business Development and/or IT Recruitment. • An active network within the IT sector and with large enterprises. • Ability to manage a full sales cycle and close complex contracts. • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and a strong results orientation.
