📋 Description

• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, conferences, workshops, and seminars on LINQ solutions and enterprise story • Support sales development and discovery to understand potential client needs • Use advanced storytelling to communicate LINQ’s value proposition • Assist in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating solution, service, and training knowledge • Collaborate with Marketing on messaging strategies • Develop in-depth knowledge of multiple LINQ platform solutions • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to maintain competitive battlecards, differentiators, and Nutrition value positioning • Translate RFPs, including competitor responses obtained through FOIA, into technical and functional checklists for Product • Provide field feedback to Development on enhancements, functionality shifts, and emerging district requirements • Partner with Product and Marketing on product launches and sales enablement • Contribute field-based input to sales forecast validation • Support sales methodology execution and opportunity strategy development • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist with final production, including executive summaries • Address complex questions from existing and potential clients • Support customer handoff from Sales to Services after complex sales • Assist with implementation, support, and customer retention, including at-risk accounts • Help deliver roadmap read-outs and enable Customer Success Managers on upcoming features • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Nutrition and Payments software, combining technical skills, business acumen, enterprise reporting, and project management capabilities • Ability to quickly learn new technology and software across multiple domains of school business software • Proficiency in delivering compelling visionary presentations, including audience engagement, storytelling, and technology tools • Prior experience in presales, consulting, or training in Nutrition, Payments, and/or Technology • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment • Exceptional cross-group collaboration and general management skills • Working knowledge of K-12 regulatory and compliance considerations, including FERPA and COPPA, as related to school nutrition operations and data handling • Microsoft Office proficiency • Slack proficiency • Salesforce proficiency • Travel required, ranging from 50–75% and occasionally on short notice
