📋 Description

• Support new client implementations across accounting and operational systems • Map accounts between systems (e.g., QuickBooks and operational platforms) • Validate sales, deposits, and financial data • Configure workflows including tip automation and daily sales processes • Identify and resolve gaps in client data or setup • Assist with weekly and monthly close processes • Perform sales validation between POS and accounting systems • Reconcile cash and deposits • Maintain and update system mappings as needed • Respond to client questions and provide support • Follow up on outstanding items and keep projects moving • Translate system issues into clear next steps for clients • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues • Navigate incomplete or inconsistent data environments

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience with bookkeeping or accounting • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online • Experience with multi-unit or franchise environments is a plus • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
