• Maintain and update employee master data in Personio • Review personnel files in both paper and digital formats • Record and document employment contracts, addenda and other personnel-related documents • Transfer and digitize personnel data and documents • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets • Update historical personnel records, for example salary history or contract changes • Support the structuring and quality assurance of our personnel data
• Meticulous, organized and reliable approach to work • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion • Some experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR • Experience with Personio is an advantage but not required
