📋 Description

• Own SAP Basis environments technically • Provide production support and coordinate major incidents • Plan upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery • Coordinate with vendor, infrastructure, application, and functional teams • Mentor technical staff and share knowledge • Conduct technical risk assessment and change/problem management • Plan go-live and cutover activities • Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures • Communicate with stakeholders • Support audits and compliance activities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP technical administration • Experience in production support • SAP HANA administration experience • Performance tuning experience • Experience with system upgrades and migrations • Experience with system refreshes and system copies • Transport management experience • SAP security and SSO basics • Monitoring experience • High availability and disaster recovery experience • Experience working in complex SAP landscapes • Cross-functional coordination with application, infrastructure, security, cloud, and managed-service teams • Working exposure to SAP BTP administration, Cloud Connector, identity, security, connectivity, and SAP Integration Suite • Experience with SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and SAP platform technologies
