• Lead data-driven decision making across high-growth business • Transform complex syndicated and customer data into clear, actionable insights • Drive pricing strategy, innovation, category growth, and retailer success • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to shape strategy • Support key customer conversations and elevate performance storytelling • Develop high-impact, insight-driven retailer presentations and sell-in materials • Equip Sales teams with confident narratives for customer meetings • Provide training and education to sales and marketing team • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to leadership • Deliver regular business updates and actionable insights • Lead and manage recurring and ad hoc executive-level reporting • Own and evolve a dynamic category scorecard tracking performance • Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and data capabilities • Lead pricing analysis across customers, regions, and formats • Monitor competitive pricing and promotion activity within fresh grocery • Partner with Sales and Finance to optimize trade spend and promotional strategy • Support new product launches with data-driven insights • Identify opportunities for expansion using market and customer data
• 5-10 years of experience in Category Management, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Analytics within CPG • Strong proficiency with multiple syndicated data providers (e.g., Nielsen, Circana, Spins, Walmart Scintilla, Kroger 8451, etc) • Proven ability to influence pricing, promotion, and innovation decisions through data • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear business recommendations • 3-5 years of people management experience • Experience in fresh or perimeter grocery preferred
