📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to Digital Media and Content. • Assist with the evaluation, deployment, and support of Digital Media systems. • Troubleshoot hardware and application issues related to Digital Media, Content Management and CCTV. • Provide technical guidance on systems integrated with Digital Media and CCTV platforms. • Ensure system uptime and performance, delivering appropriate content to each screen per business expectations. • Develop technical processes to maintain consistent connectivity for screens, Digital Media Players (DMPs) and CCTV cameras. • Gain in-depth understanding of venue environments and operations through strategic site visits. • Translate broad business needs into actionable work streams. • Organize meetings to collect application/project requirements, provide updates, and manage follow-up responsibilities. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and stability of the Digital Media and CCTV environments. • Monitor project progress and provide scheduled updates on milestones, deliverables, and overall status.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with digital content streaming systems. • 2+ years of client support and vendor management experience. • Hands-on experience with Digital Media and content management systems. • Experience with installation and support of CCTV systems. • General knowledge of network topology and components. • Ability to read and interpret floorplans and technical drawings (preferred). • Sound judgment and calm decision-making under pressure. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms (preferred). • Familiarity with the entertainment or live events industry is a plus.
