⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to Digital Media and Content. ⢠Assist with the evaluation, deployment, and support of Digital Media systems. ⢠Troubleshoot hardware and application issues related to Digital Media, Content Management and CCTV. ⢠Provide technical guidance on systems integrated with Digital Media and CCTV platforms. ⢠Ensure system uptime and performance, delivering appropriate content to each screen per business expectations. ⢠Develop technical processes to maintain consistent connectivity for screens, Digital Media Players (DMPs) and CCTV cameras. ⢠Gain in-depth understanding of venue environments and operations through strategic site visits. ⢠Translate broad business needs into actionable work streams. ⢠Organize meetings to collect application/project requirements, provide updates, and manage follow-up responsibilities. ⢠Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the health and stability of the Digital Media and CCTV environments. ⢠Monitor project progress and provide scheduled updates on milestones, deliverables, and overall status.
⢠2+ years of experience with digital content streaming systems. ⢠2+ years of client support and vendor management experience. ⢠Hands-on experience with Digital Media and content management systems. ⢠Experience with installation and support of CCTV systems. ⢠General knowledge of network topology and components. ⢠Ability to read and interpret floorplans and technical drawings (preferred). ⢠Sound judgment and calm decision-making under pressure. ⢠Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ⢠Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment. ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. ⢠Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms (preferred). ⢠Familiarity with the entertainment or live events industry is a plus.
