📋 Description

• Actively work to improve branch performance by identifying result levers and translating data into concrete actions • Structure analyses and models that support strategic management of operations, providing clarity on performance, opportunities, and risks • Develop and refine methodologies, KPIs and tools that make performance management more efficient and scalable • Work with large volumes of data to generate relevant insights that support decision-making at different levels of the organization • Contribute to defining and reviewing targets analytically, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Support and influence executive forums through clear, consistent, and action-oriented materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields, with emphasis on data analysis • Analytical profile with strong ability to turn data into strategic insights and practical recommendations • Genuine interest in understanding the business and working close to operations, with a critical mindset and sense of ownership • Experience in data analysis, building KPIs and monitoring performance • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate analyses clearly and in a structured way • Experience with Power BI and SQL for data exploration and visualization • Ability to navigate dynamic environments, interact with multiple areas and influence decisions based on data • Comfortable interacting with leadership and participating in executive-level discussions
