📋 Description

• Mapping, reviewing and documenting critical processes; • Leading workshops and information-gathering sessions with business areas; • Identifying gaps, deviations and opportunities for improvement; • Creating flowcharts, supporting materials and process analyses; • Monitoring and validating action plans; • Supporting the governance of corporate documentation (GED); • Ongoing interface with operational areas, Management Information and Digital Transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Process Management or related fields; • Previous experience in continuous improvement, process management or quality; • Practical experience in process design/modeling (BPMN, flowcharts or similar); • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, SDCA, Ishikawa and 5 Whys; • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics; • Experience with process standardization and documentation.
