📋 Description

• Structure, monitor, and analyze commercial performance indicators, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, conversion, and results; • Develop data analyses and studies to support decision-making for commercial and sales teams; • Conduct performance diagnostics, converting data into actionable insights to improve outcomes; • Support the design, execution, and tracking of projects and pilots focused on optimizing commercial performance; • Monitor results from tests, initiatives, and experiments, assessing impacts, risks, and scalability opportunities; • Build dashboards, reports, and executive materials to track KPIs and project progress; • Collaborate with business, operations, technology, and analytics teams to ensure implementation and sustainment of initiatives; • Support management of the area’s project portfolio, monitoring schedules, deliverables, risks, and success metrics; • Identify opportunities to apply automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies to increase commercial efficiency; • Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and the development of performance monitoring methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability; • Experience with data analysis, performance indicators, and generating insights to support decision-making; • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools; • Experience in project tracking, transformation initiatives, or continuous improvement; • Ability to work across functions and influence decisions through data; • Strong communication skills for presenting analyses and recommendations to diverse audiences; • Interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and new technologies applied to business.
