• Provide customer service and handle client requests via email, internal systems, and phone calls, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of issues. • Continuously monitor project activities, ensuring full operational status and adherence to established deadlines. • Control and audit project costs, monitoring budgets and expenses and identifying potential financial variances. • Coordinate the allocation of tasks among team members, aligning operational demands with execution capacity. • Support billing processes, ensuring the correct consolidation and submission of required information. • Develop and update management reports and tracking spreadsheets for project activities and key performance indicators. • Resolve day-to-day operational issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions when necessary. • Prepare periodic presentations on results, productivity, and technical team performance to support decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields. • Previous experience with administrative routines and project monitoring. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. • Experience preparing reports, KPIs, and operational controls. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. • Fluent English (required)
