• Prepare medium-complexity technical and commercial proposals • Review tender documents or invitations to bid • Conduct scope-of-work surveys • Compile a list of all materials required for effective execution of services • Contact suppliers regarding quotes, prices, and lead times • Prepare estimates and subsequent revisions
