📋 Description

• Develop strategies to reduce delinquency and improve the customer experience, based on data analysis, process mapping and problem diagnostics. • Create and maintain dashboards with operational and financial KPIs, generating insights and action plans to support decision-making and drive results. • Map end-to-end processes, performing analyses and diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities, with a focus on automations that optimize critical steps. • Implement and monitor operational solutions, ensuring control, monitoring and management of results. • Lead strategic projects for the area, acting as the focal point and facilitating alignment, negotiation and resolution of frictions with internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills. • Bachelor's degree (completed). • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel. • Experience analyzing and combining large volumes of data. • Differentials: • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience with process mapping and design. • Experience with fraud prevention flows and/or credit and/or collections.
