• Act as a point of reference for Sales Executives (SEs) and area managers, ensuring smooth commercial processes and proposing continuous improvements to optimize operations. • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to wholesale vehicle sales, including the expansion of new stores/branches and defining strategies to increase performance. • Develop and maintain management reports and advanced dashboards (Excel, Power BI), ensuring the quality and accessibility of information for decision-making. • Conduct studies on customer behavior and market trends, supporting strategic prospecting initiatives and customer base growth. • Ensure alignment between commercial policies, promotional campaigns, and internal procedures, acting as a consultant to clarify doubts and guide teams on best practices. • Prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for board meetings, campaigns and internal communications, focusing on clarity and impact. • Actively participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within the Wholesale Used Vehicles area, proposing innovative solutions for processes and systems. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest corrective or preventive actions to ensure commercial targets are met. • Support operational risk management and the implementation of internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
• Bachelor's degree completed. • Advanced Excel and Power BI. • Experience with Data Storytelling, communicating data insights clearly and attractively (able to build visual narratives from numbers). • Analytical and critical mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data in a business context. • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
