📋 Description

• Build and evolve the customer journey at Zarp, focusing on understanding behavior and improving the experience throughout the journey • Generate actionable insights from data and user behavior analysis, identifying opportunities to improve the product • Run A/B tests and experiments, evaluating hypotheses and measuring impacts on the platform's experience and usage • Independently structure analyses, connecting data to decision-making • Work closely with the business, translating drivers' needs into improvement opportunities • Partner with teams such as Marketing, Product, and Performance to implement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field • Advanced Excel • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking • Experience with customer journey, CX, or user behavior analysis • Ability to work autonomously, investigating issues and proposing solutions with a product and business mindset • Focus on generating insights and improving experience; this role is not primarily focused on retention • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
