📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve issues related to fraud, theft and robbery. • Perform diagnostics based on dispersed information, connecting data and contexts from different areas. • Identify root causes and propose practical, sustainable and scalable solutions. • Conduct quantitative and qualitative business analyses on large volumes of data, turning information into actionable insights to support strategic discussions, performance evaluations, initiative prioritization and value capture. • Work cross-functionally, coordinating alignments and follow-ups with various departments across the company. • Propose, implement and monitor improvements to processes and workflows, ensuring effectiveness and measurement of results. • Manage cases end-to-end, monitoring outcomes and adjusting actions when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed. • Solid experience in data analysis, business analytics, performance or business intelligence. • Professional background focused on solving business problems, dealing with scenarios that require investigation and decision-making. • Ability to structure business problems and translate them into objective analyses and practical actions. • Experience interacting across functions, driving alignments and follow-ups with autonomy and proactivity. • Knowledge of SQL and data analysis and visualization tools (for example, Power BI). • Familiarity with using artificial intelligence tools for productivity, analysis and management support. • Experience with data-driven transformation, efficiency or continuous improvement projects. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
