• Responsible for specialist Diversity and Inclusion processes that correspond to the pillars of our Social work within the ESG agenda, executed in an innovative, measured and impartial manner, aligned with the Company’s values and strategy, meeting not only legal requirements but also stakeholder expectations (employees, customers, investors, partners, etc.). • Promote and implement policies and practices that ensure an inclusive, equitable and diverse work environment. Ensure that all people, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, background, physical characteristics, physiological or biopsychosocial conditions, or any other attribute, are treated fairly and have equal opportunities within the organization. • Create and implement diversity, equity and inclusion policies that promote equal opportunities and respect for differences. • Partner with the recruitment team to develop more inclusive selection processes, ensuring candidates from diverse backgrounds have equal opportunities. • Organize training sessions and workshops on diversity and inclusion to educate employees and foster a more inclusive workplace. • Provide support and guidance to different departments on how to integrate diversity and inclusion practices into their daily operations. • Collect and analyze diversity and inclusion data to produce detailed reports that help the company understand its progress and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with external organizations and communities to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, expanding the company’s positive impact beyond internal operations.
• Solid experience focused on diversity, inclusion and human rights, acquired in large companies (experience in retail and consumer goods is a plus), specialized consultancies, or third-sector organizations. • Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Business Administration, International Relations, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree preferred in Strategic Management, Sustainable Development/ESG, or Diversity and Inclusion. • Sustainability project management experience. • Community engagement experience. • Volunteer program management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • English proficiency preferred.
