📋 Description

• Assist with the department's administrative processes, supporting customer service workflows and reporting across Localiza. • Provide service through the 0800 (toll-free) channel via telephone and WhatsApp for truck fleet customers; • Schedule maintenance with service providers; • Respond to tow-truck service requests; • Create incident/insurance claim reports; • Assist with requests for customer documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Good verbal and written communication skills • Experience with PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control) • Experience in maintenance would be an advantage.
