📋 Description

• Make phone contact with repair shops and dealerships to monitor the status of vehicles under maintenance; • Record detailed information in the system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates; • Collaborate with peers and leadership to identify and resolve factors causing delays in service completion; • Monitor key indicators and propose improvements to monitoring processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; • Experience in administrative roles; • Basic knowledge of tracking/registration systems and tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; • Previous experience in customer service or monitoring automotive services is desirable; • College degree completed or in progress is desirable.
