📋 Description

• Work in a Hyper Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) • Actively contribute to the implementation and consolidation of the Intelligent Automation CoE • Support the definition and enforcement of technical and architectural automation standards • Act as a technical reference, ensuring consistency across platforms, teams and solutions • Design and implement solutions in ServiceNow, including App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, ITSM and Service Catalog • Evaluate and support the adoption of new platform features • Use platforms' native AI and GenAI capabilities • Structure solutions with a focus on reuse, scalability and technical sustainability • Plan activities, technical estimates and schedules • Manage backlog, epics, features and tasks in Azure DevOps • Communicate status, risks, impediments and technical decisions clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with ServiceNow • Experience with integrations: REST, SOAP, APIs, Webhooks • Hands-on experience with process automation and orchestration • Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms • Experience or familiarity with using AI/GenAI embedded in automation platforms • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps • Strong programming logic, troubleshooting skills and ability to read technical documentation
