β€’ Own the full real estate lifecycle for corporate accounts, from kickoff to lease execution β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact and lead broker for franchisor and enterprise clients β€’ Use Locate's AI agents to build real estate strategies, source sites, evaluate locations, and prepare recommendations β€’ Draft and negotiate LOIs and support lease execution β€’ Bring client and field insights back to the product team to shape how our technology evolves

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Real estate salesperson’s license strongly preferred; candidates without one should be prepared to obtain licensure after joining. β€’ Strong communication and relationship management skills β€’ Experience with enterprise account management/support β€’ Familiarity with presenting data driven results directly to clients
