📋 Description

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the Growth, Fintech Rentals, and Fintech Buying & Selling squads • Design and optimize the end-to-end marketing and sales funnel, integrating Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) approaches • Lead cross-functional product, growth, data, and engineering squads • Partner with Operations and Sales to design customer journeys that balance self-service scalability with consultative support • Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI automation in internal origination, credit analysis, customer service, and back-office processes • Build and prioritize the roadmap for multiple financial products • Align Commercial, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders around goals and trade-offs • Track funnel, conversion, CAC, LTV, and NPS metrics and turn data into action plans • Represent the product vision to executive leadership • Develop and mentor product leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles such as Head, Director, or VP • Experience in Growth and marketing and sales funnels, with strong knowledge of PLG and SLG strategies • Experience with fintech or financial products, ideally in environments with strong Operations and Sales teams • Strong background in strategy and product vision, with a track record of building multi-product roadmaps aligned with business objectives • Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to optimize internal processes and raise the level of customer service • Excellent stakeholder alignment skills, including with executive leadership and Commercial and Operations teams • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in funnel, growth, and product metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion, and activation • Experience leading and developing product squads and product leaders • Strong executive communication skills, both written and verbal, in Portuguese and English • Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to balance operational efficiency with a high-quality customer experience • Experience in high-growth environments, such as startups or scale-ups, is a plus • Experience in the real estate market is a plus
