• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 10 SDRs to achieve individual and team targets • Manage the infrastructure, including CRM systems, sales tools, and processes • Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement • Develop and execute strategies to optimize lead generation and qualification processes • Gather and analyze market intelligence to refine targeting and messaging • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment • Strong leadership and team management skills • Ability to analyze data and identify trends • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
