📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze experience indicators, driving continuous improvement. • Create dashboards, hold meetings with stakeholders, manage improvement actions, assign owners, monitor experience-level agreements (XLA), and conduct surveys to measure the impact on customer satisfaction, ensuring strategic alignment and enhancement of user perception.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Systems Analysis, or another field; preferably complemented by an MBA or postgraduate studies in administration, management, data science, or computer science. • Solid experience in quality management, IT process management, or IT governance. • ITIL Foundation certification. • XLA Foundation certification.
