📋 Description
• Receber, registrar, classificar e tratar chamados técnicos. • Realizar atendimento remoto aos usuários. • Diagnosticar incidentes de infraestrutura. • Solucionar problemas dentro do escopo N1 e N2. • Escalonar incidentes para especialistas (N3) quando necessário. • Registrar todas as ações executadas durante o atendimento. • Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos. • Administração básica de servidores Windows. • Suporte a Active Directory. • Supporte a compartilhamentos de rede. • Monitoramento dos serviços críticos.
🎯 Requirements
• Conhecimento em Sistemas Operacionais (Windows Server - Windows 10/11 - Linux (básico)) • Conhecimento em Redes (TCP/IP - DNS - DHCP - VPN - VLAN - Firewall (básico) - NAT - Roteamento básico) • Conhecimento em Virtualização (Hyper-V - VMware) • Conhecimento nas ferramentas (AnyDesk - TeamViewer - Remote Desktop (RDP) - PowerShell (básico) - Prompt de Comando - Microsoft Teams - Office 365)
