📋 Description

• Provide L1/L2 support for the NFLegal product and its internal processes. • Prepare documentation for NFLegal processes. • Recommend product configurations based on client needs. • Grant user access. • Configure digital certificates and validate synchronization. • Monitor error logs. • Configure user menus. • Advise clients on their processes and suggest parameter settings in NFLegal. • Resolve SEFAZ rejections, especially rejection 656 - exceeded request limit.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing support for Protheus. • Experience with the main Protheus BKO modules, especially the Purchases module (SIGACOM). • Full proficiency in the Configurator module (SIGACFG). • Knowledge of error log analysis and processing. • Experience supporting electronic invoice automation systems. • Knowledge of SEFAZ queries and the National Distribution Web Service. • Experience participating in implementation projects for the Purchases module. • Experience implementing customizations for the purchase entry document (Purchases module).
