📋 Description

• Lead and develop junior analysts by tracking deliveries, providing feedback, and supporting their growth. • Organize the team’s routines and priorities, ensuring smooth operation of the service. • Lead critical production incidents, participating in war rooms and driving post‑mortems. • Analyze and optimize system performance and reliability. • Propose and implement improvements to the area’s architecture and processes. • Automate monitoring, observability, and failure‑recovery routines. • Evolve systems alongside engineering teams, ensuring resilience. • Define and track support/operational metrics (SLAs, SLOs). • Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting more junior analysts. • Maintain contact with technical and business stakeholders, aligning solutions via calls and tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership profile, with experience or willingness to develop people, give and receive feedback, and raise the quality of deliveries. • Clear communication with technical and non‑technical audiences. • Ability to manage incidents end‑to‑end, from diagnosis to prevention (war rooms, post‑mortems). • Strong knowledge of architecture and infrastructure. • Autonomy to make decisions within your area, including under pressure. • Strong knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript. • Advanced experience with SQL and relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL). • Experience with CI/CD, process automation, and APIs (REST and GraphQL). • Familiarity with GCP or other cloud providers. • Experience with observability (monitoring, metrics, tracing, and logs).
