📋 Description

• Receive, analyze, and handle tickets related to the Accounting, Tax, and Finance modules of TOTVS Protheus. • Investigate incidents, identify potential causes, and assess the behavior of the routines involved. • Perform functional analyses to identify inconsistencies in processes, master data, system configurations, or system operations. • Find appropriate solutions for requests, taking into account their complexity and impact on the client’s processes. • Follow tickets through to resolution or the necessary escalation. • Keep tickets up to date with clear records of the analyses performed and solutions implemented.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the TOTVS Protheus ERP. • Functional knowledge of the Accounting, Tax, and Finance modules. • Experience analyzing and resolving system-related support tickets. • Ability to investigate issues and understand the processes involved in requests. • Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent demands and maintain service records. • Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. • Familiarity with Fixed Assets in TOTVS Protheus. • Experience handling support or AMS tickets of varying complexity. • Experience analyzing processes involving integration between back-office modules.
