πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters β€’ Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and policy violations β€’ Partner with outside legal counsel on employee issues as needed β€’ Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and the employee handbook β€’ Manage full-cycle, end-to-end payroll processing for all employees β€’ Prepare, file, and reconcile all federal and state payroll tax filings β€’ Maintain and administer multi-state payroll operations β€’ Analyze HR metrics and trends and present data-driven recommendations β€’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on job descriptions and onboarding processes

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field required β€’ Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations β€’ Minimum of 5–7 years of direct, hands-on payroll processing experience β€’ Demonstration of expertise in federal and multi-state payroll tax filings β€’ Proven ability to identify, research, and resolve payroll tax discrepancies β€’ Strong working knowledge of FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, NLRA, and applicable federal and state employment laws β€’ Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, Paycom)
