📋 Description

• Monitor, maintain, and support production infrastructure serving customers and internal development teams • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and respond to alerts and incidents as the primary on-call responder • Respond to and triage production alerts as the first line of defense • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using runbooks and documentation, escalating with context when necessary • Execute incident management procedures, including opening communication channels and documenting timelines • Proactively monitor system health and performance using observability dashboards and tooling • Track consumption against service quotas and usage-based limits to prevent service disruptions and cost overruns • Maintain and improve operational documentation and monitoring dashboards • Perform routine maintenance, system patching, security updates, and infrastructure provisioning using predefined IaC modules • Manage user access for developer tooling through ticket-based onboarding and offboarding workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as a primary responder • Experience responding to and triaging production alerts in a cloud environment • Ability to follow technical runbooks and standard operating procedures with high attention to detail • Ability to update and maintain runbooks and SOPs in clear and concise English • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear context when escalating • Functional understanding of cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, and security groups • Azure experience preferred • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, or Grafana • Strong written English communication skills for documenting incident timelines and updating procedures • Preferred experience using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform • Experience configuring management tools and automated patching • Familiarity with managing user access and permissions within cloud platforms or developer tools • Basic scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python to automate routine tasks • Previous experience in a dedicated operations, NOC, or service desk environment
