📋 Description
• Organize and structure financial, accounting, and tax databases • Ensure the quality, consistency, and traceability of information • Design data models to support management reporting • Develop dashboards and analytical reports • Generate insights on financial and operational performance • Support leadership with reliable information for decision-making • Identify repetitive and manual tasks • Implement automations (RPA, scripts, integration tools) • Reduce errors and increase productivity
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields • Experience with controllership and accounting processes • Knowledge of taxes • Advanced Excel (Macros/VBA) / Power BI (preferred) • Databases (SQL) • Experience with automation tools (RPA, Python) • Use of AI tools and agents • MBA in Data / Controllership
