📋 Description

• Support the structuring of financial operations (fundraisings, investments, guarantees, etc.). • Manage short- and medium-term operational cash flow, including analysis of historical data, projections and variance analysis. • Monitor liquidity, profitability, accuracy and risk indicators, proposing corrective actions. • Analyze and interpret regulatory standards and implement treasury internal controls through documentation and process review to ensure compliance. • Execute financial transactions via banking systems and messaging in the SPB (Brazilian Payments System). • Perform routine financial investments and execute fundraising operations in accordance with the institution's policies. • Interact with internal departments and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations. • Participate in accounting and financial closings, providing treasury data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields. • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems. • Knowledge of cash flow and projection models. • Knowledge of SPB messaging. • Knowledge of financial instruments and regulation (BACEN, CVM, etc.). • Knowledge of financial mathematics, calculations and financial indicators. • Knowledge of Accounting. • Experience in bank negotiations. • Strong communication, results orientation, resilience and adaptability. • **Differentials:** • Knowledge of VBA/Python. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in finance or related areas. • CPA-20 certification or similar.
