📋 Description

• Serve as the primary coordinator for all AWS funding programs, ensuring proper submission and timely follow-up • Maintain a centralized tracking system for open funding requests, including owners, AWS programs, submission dates, approval status and expiration • Review program guidelines and ensure requests meet AWS eligibility criteria and internal policies • Coordinate customer review and sign-off, escalating issues to prevent bottlenecks and expedite approvals • Liaise between AWS account teams and internal Sales, Finance, PM and Engineering teams • Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly dashboards or reports on funding requests • Notify stakeholders about missing documentation, incomplete applications or discrepancies • Audit funding requests for claim accuracy, project scope, budget alignment and AWS compliance • Collect and validate supporting materials • Complete post-approval tasks, including obtaining deliverables and submitting proofs of performance to AWS • Update request statuses in real time and collaborate with Finance on invoicing • Identify and remediate gaps between committed activities and actual deliverables to mitigate clawback risk • Refine workflows and templates to streamline processes and reduce cycle time • Document processes, best practices and lessons learned • Lead ad hoc funding-program training sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in program coordination and administration, specifically managing funding programs, tracking requests and ensuring guideline adherence, preferably within a technology services or consulting environment • Record of adherence to program guidelines and data validation, meticulously reviewing documentation, ensuring program rule compliance and validating submitted data • Familiarity with AWS services and AWS funding mechanisms is a significant plus • Meticulous attention to detail • Exceptional organization • Strong written and verbal communication • CV submitted in English
