📋 Description

• Support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day field operations throughout the project • Manage communication and coordination with distributed field teams • Organize team schedules, assignments, and operational activities • Monitor project progress, attendance, task completion, and operational KPIs • Collect, review, and maintain operational reports and project data • Identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions • Handle escalations and communicate critical issues to project management • Support field team members with operational questions and day-to-day challenges • Ensure project processes and operational requirements are followed consistently • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation using Excel/Google Sheets • Identify operational risks and proactively suggest solutions • Adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and operational circumstances

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, or project management • Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred • Strong people management, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, reporting, and escalations • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing operational environment • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and operational reporting • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities • Availability for long-term cooperation throughout the project • Experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, vehicle testing, field service operations, workforce or field team management, large-scale distributed operations, or similar operational environments strongly encouraged
