📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes for various levels and functions; • Align candidate profiles and job descriptions with hiring managers; • Post job openings, attract talent and perform active hunting on job boards, social networks and talent pools; • Conduct interviews, assess candidates and provide feedback; • Support offers and onboarding of new Looqers; • Handle HR administration routines, including hires, terminations, vacations, payroll and benefits; • Monitor and address internal requests from Looqers; • Research and apply People best practices (trends, tools, vendors, courses and books); • Analyze data and metrics, generating insights to continuously improve processes; • Support development and engagement initiatives, strengthening our culture of collaborative learning; • Continuously work to improve the candidate and employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with recruitment, especially for tech roles; • Familiarity with technical vocabulary (programming languages, frameworks, tools, etc.); • Experience with ATS tools (such as Gupy); • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Intermediate English; • Analytical, collaborative and organized profile. • **Differentials** • Background in programming or technology; • Experience in technology startups; • Experience in people or team management.
