• Confident, style-conscious advising of customers across the eyewear portfolio • Use of AI-supported refraction systems for optimal vision consultations • Creating a modern, stylish atmosphere in the store • Professional leadership and continuous professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Master optician (Augenoptikermeister) or equivalent qualification • Ability to work independently • High standard for individualized customer consultation • Strong sense of style and aesthetics • Willingness to adapt to the changing requirements of a new retail optics concept • Performing professional eye examinations using modern technology
