📋 Description

• Operational management of the restaurant • Co-responsible for budget and personnel planning • Support the restaurant manager in preparing the business performance report (BWA) • Monitor and ensure all standards regarding personnel, inventory and quality management in the restaurant • Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations • Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in our restaurants

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or substantial experience in gastronomy or hotel management • Extensive knowledge of budget and personnel management • Service-oriented with strong organizational skills • A host with 'Amore' and a passionate team player
