📋 Description

• As the deputy, you are jointly responsible for the restaurant's operational management as well as budget and personnel planning • You support the Restaurant Manager in preparing the business analysis (BWA) and in developing the team • Your responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring all standards related to personnel, goods and quality management in the restaurant • In your role you ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations • Together with your team you are responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in our restaurants

🎯 Requirements

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or solid experience in gastronomy or hospitality • You have extensive knowledge in budget and personnel management • Thanks to your service orientation and organizational talent, you keep a cool head and are happy to pitch in • You are a host with "Amore" and a passionate team player
