• You are responsible for maintaining and quality-assuring items, menus, prices, taxes, promotions and restaurant master data in POS/MMS as well as the connected platforms (webshop, QR ordering) • You are responsible for executing planned price changes including scheduling, four-eyes checks and follow-up reviews • You ensure the ongoing operation of POS/MMS (including monitoring, releases/service packs, version changes) and coordinate our service providers • You are responsible for planning, organizing and executing restaurant openings, system conversions and rollouts (on-site when required) • You create training materials and deliver training for end users (POS, MMS, time tracking / relevant modules) • You act as 1st/2nd-level support for restaurant management and work closely with IT Service Management • You ensure defined system policies, permissions and data security and establish testing/acceptance processes
• Experience operating or administering POS and/or MMS systems • Understanding of restaurant and franchise processes • Proficiency in Master Data Management (items, prices, master data) and e‑commerce integrations • Practical experience with rollouts, user trainings and collaboration with external IT service providers • Structured, independent and cost-conscious working style; strong service and results orientation • Analytical strength, results orientation and genuine problem-solving skills • Sense of responsibility, accuracy and team spirit • Business-fluent German and English • Willingness to travel • A large dose of love for pizza, pasta and Italian hospitality!
