• You monitor and optimize administrative processes in the facilities and contribute to the further development of our quality management system • You advise, support and accompany the facilities on quality-related issues within the administrative area (billing, data management) • You actively advise facilities on maintaining master data and billing in resident and personnel administration • You assist with onboarding new administrative staff
• Commercial/business qualification, preferably with a specialization in healthcare; alternatively, an equivalent qualification • Good knowledge of the service catalog according to SGB XI (German Social Code XI – long‑term care services) • Professional experience in the social and healthcare sector with a focus on quality assurance • Flexibility, commitment, high reliability and strong interpersonal skills • Very good knowledge of common IT applications • Enjoyment of a mix of desk-based and practical tasks • Economic and entrepreneurial thinking • Willingness to travel regularly
