📋 Description

• Greeting and assisting customers • Assistant duties for the Managing Director • General office organization (processing sick notes and vacation requests, handling incoming invoices including verification, serving as interface to the internal office in Stuttgart, appointment management, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• Preferably completed commercial vocational training (e.g., in business administration) • 3–5 years of professional experience • Good IT/computer skills • Presentable, confident, and friendly manner • Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation • Enjoy interacting with customers
