📋 Description

• In this position you are the central interface between IT, the business departments and software partners. • Your focus is on application support, system administration and data maintenance of our real-estate ERP system and its supporting systems. • Support, administration and further development of the Wodis Yuneo ERP system • Primary point of contact for users in the business departments • Analysis, documentation and optimization of business processes within the ERP system • Management of permissions, user accounts and workflows • Creation and maintenance of reports, analyses and data queries • Coordination and execution of system updates, tests and migrations • Collaboration with the software vendor Aareon and external IT service providers • Organization and delivery of end-user training • Support in data maintenance and protection (backup, access rights, archiving) • Support for digitization and process automation projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent training with relevant professional experience, ideally with an affinity for IT and digitalization in the real estate industry • Solid knowledge and experience in the administration and support of the Wodis Yuneo ERP system or comparable real-estate specific systems • Deep understanding of both the business processes of a (real estate) company and the relevant trends, drivers and developments in IT and digitalization • Analytical mindset and process understanding • Strong service orientation, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team • Independent, structured working style • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
