📋 Description

• Issuance of outgoing tax invoices (services, sales, shipments, returns, etc.) • Configuration and maintenance of tax rules in the TOTVS system • Posting of incoming purchase invoices in the system • Tax classification (CFOP, CST, NCM, tax rates) • Verification of applicable taxes: ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRRF, CSLL, INSS, CPRB, when applicable • Support in tax determination and settlement with Accounting • Control and management of the monthly fiscal closing schedule • Interface with the Projects team to validate tax information for contracts and deliverables • Liaison with external or internal Accounting to send documents and support ancillary tax obligations • Support during audits, inspections and electronic tax reviews • Organization of digital and physical tax records • Monitoring tax legislation applicable to the business • Support for improvement of tax processes and ERP automations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields • Issuance of NF-e, NFS-e and shipment notes • TOTVS (fiscal configuration and postings) • Fiscal bookkeeping/recording of incoming invoices • Solid knowledge of: ICMS, ISS, PIS and COFINS • CFOP, CST, NCM • Experience with monthly fiscal closing routines • Intermediate Excel • Experience with integrations between tax, projects and accounting teams
