📋 Description
• Support the recruitment and selection team in gathering job vacancy requirements • Screen CVs/resumes and contact candidates • Schedule and assist with selection interviews • Administer and score psychological tests • Monitor the progress of selection processes and ensure timely communication with candidates • Update and organize candidate data in the system and shared drives
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology • Previous experience in recruitment and selection preferred • Experience administering the Palográfico (palographic) test and attention tests • Organized, committed, and able to work to deadlines
